Using our website
Our website provides information about Construvex and lets you request a demo. Information on the site is provided in good faith for general information and may change as the product evolves.
The product and accounts
Access to the Construvex product requires an account, provided under a separate agreement or order. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity of users you invite to your organization.
Your data and content
The business data you and your team put into Construvex remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter and for having the right to process it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Construvex to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse- engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other customers' data. Our multi-tenant system keeps each organization's data logically isolated.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Construvex available and secure, but we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service, especially during this early-access period. We may update, improve, or change features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the site or the product.
Fees
Pricing is provided on request and, where applicable, in your order or subscription agreement. Any paid plan terms are governed by that agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Construvex and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at having jurisdiction, unless your separate order agreement states otherwise.
